Refund Policy

At JustCleanIt, we are committed to providing a high standard of service and customer care. While we do not offer refunds for any completed cleaning services, we do stand by our work and will take all reasonable steps to correct any issues that may arise.

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional cost. This guarantee applies only to the originally agreed-upon services and must be requested within the stated time frame.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including missed expectations that were not communicated in advance, dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours, or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. Our goal is to make things right through correction — not reimbursement.
