Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by JustCleanIt ("we", "us", "our") to the client ("you", "your"). By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon during booking. Scope of work will be based on the service package selected and any custom instructions you provide in writing.
2. Scheduling and Access
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain access, a cancellation fee may apply (see Section 5).

3. Service Guarantee
We strive to meet all reasonable expectations. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no extra charge.

4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and most major credit/debit cards. For recurring services, automatic billing may be set up with your consent.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

6. Safety and Property
We are insured and take care to avoid damage. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installations, or unstable surfaces. Please secure valuables, sensitive documents, and pets before service begins.

7. Supplies and Equipment
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and tools unless you request that we use your own. If using your products or equipment, we are not responsible for damage caused by them.

8. Termination of Services
You may end services at any time with written notice. We also reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to, unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or repeated cancellations.

9. Liability
While we are fully insured, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
